When I first looked at Blueleaf I couldn’t understand the reasoning for the weekly update. I was classically trained on the quarterly review and statement process. Anything more was unwieldy and confusing to the client. Was I wrong. The weekly update is the function that more of our clients comment on as compared to everything else we do for them. Makes the client base ‘stickier’. Brilliant research and execution.
