Customer Referrals Program Terms of Service

Introduction

This Referral Rewards Program (the “Program”) is designed to reward existing customers of our Software as a Service (SAAS) tools for financial advisors (the “Products”) for referring new customers to Blueleaf (the “Company”). By participating in the Program as either a referrer (“Existing Customer”) or referral (“New Customer”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, a referral must:

  1. Be from an Existing Customer of our Products in good standing.
  2. Be a referral for a prospective New Customer who has not been referred by someone else within 180 days prior.

Limits

For a referral to qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The New Customer must convert to a sale within 180 days of the referral date.
  2. After 180 days, Existing Customer can submit a new referral to the same contact
  3. New Customer must remain a customer past any contract termination rights, typically 31 days.
  4. Existing Customer must remain a customer past their next renewal period

Benefits

When a referral qualifies under these Terms of Service:

  1. The New Customer will receive a $500 discount on their purchase of the Products. 
  2. The Existing Customer will receive a $500 credit towards their next renewal period of the Products.

General

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Participants are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Program is void where prohibited by law. The Company’s decisions regarding the Program are final and binding.

By participating in the Program, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to your participation in the Program or breach of these Terms of Service.
